Does ClixMD work with Medicare or Medicaid?

ClixMD is a supplemental benefit that sits alongside whatever coverage residents currently have — Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage or private insurance. It is not a replacement for any of these. Residents use ClixMD for virtual care access; their insurance remains unchanged.

How are residents enrolled?

ClixMD provides digital enrollment materials tailored to your community — email, printed materials or in-person activation support. Residents activate their own accounts. ClixMD handles onboarding and ongoing member support — your care staff is not responsible for managing day-to-day access issues.

What about residents who are not tech-savvy?
